Refund Policy

MBE Supply Store does not provide refunds for products 30 days from the purchase date.

 

Order Cancellations

Orders cancelled prior to shipment will receive a full refund less 5% for processing and restocking fee.  All cancellations prior to shipment must be in writing or through our customer service department by phone.

 

Cancellations/Returns:

Items not in original packaging are nonrefundable.  All items must be in new and uninstalled condition.  All returns are subject to a re-stock fee. 

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.  Prior to returning an order you must receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from our customer service department. The MBE Supply Store will honor returns in unopened packaging in new condition. All sales are considered final unless MBE Supply Provides an RMA number.  The buyer is responsible to the costs to return the purchase merchandise. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, the returned goods will be inspected and if accepted the cost of the product including the return shipping cost will be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee.
